Michele grew up in suburban Buffalo NY in Clarence. Upon graduation she received an Associates in
Applied Science in Retail Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
After graduating from RIT, Michele moved to Brooklyn NY, and worked for a Reinsurance firm in lower Manhattan. This is also where she began her studies of natural wellness, which she hopes to pursue in her retirement.
Michele moved to Atlanta GA to finish her education at Georgia State University where she graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Trade Show Administration. Taco Bell, Chilis, and Jilly’s the place for Ribs were the first restaurant management jobs she secured. Michele was recruited by Golden Gallon Convenience Stores in 1988 to become their Training Director. This is where she met her husband Michael Webb who was performing the installation and management of the gasoline and plumbing systems for Golden Gallon stores.
Michele received a minor in accounting at Chattanooga State and eventually came on board her husbands Company, Duke Hicks Plumbing and Petroleum, Inc. in 1991. Michael and Michele expanded their businesses to include: Duke Hicks Plumbing and Petroleum, Future Era Construction, and First Choice Services where she has worked for 30 years overseeing and fine tuning all the administrative and financial areas of the companies.
